Hmm… not the best description… I suppose “half-moons” would have worked better, but as they are shaped like the pieces that come out of an orange (and not like a moon cut in half…). I’ll take suggestions :)

I plan to make this for dinner tonight but was wondering how you cut a tomato into orange slices? Is there some sort of fruit / veg alchemy going on?
