We launched our Free Credit Report product earlier this month, so I can finally share this!!
I was reviewing the backlog with our product owner, and instinctively started drawing the signin/up flow and mapping story codes to it.
It looked ok, but needed some tidying up, so I cleaned it up in Balsamiq and added some colours to indicate different content blocks.
This became my view of progress until launch.
I printed a new one every day, having updated the status on items post-standup, and changed my todo list if I needed to.
It was very handy to have with me around the office, as most conversations involved some pointing to it for one reason or another!!
