I have a friend who is a designer with her own boutique in Barnes. She has a rather exclusive and repetitive clientele, and specialises in dresses and skirts. Indeed her signature piece is a skirt.
Once a year, she has an open evening with drinks, a mini fashion show, and attracts her regular clients and friends to her boutique. Last year, my friend Dana and I volunteered to help her on the day, and suggested we collect feedback from her customers on what kind of garments they would like added to the range.
This is the postcard I created to collect this feedback. The survey is on one side, and the A5 page can either be handed in at the store or folded in half, taped closed and mailed in later.
